These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 288wen governing your use of the platform, its games, payment services, and all associated features. By accessing the 288wen Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 288wen Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.
Important: Continued use of the 288wen Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
These Terms apply to all Players regardless of their location within Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and all other cities and provinces.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for a 288wen Account, make any deposit, place any wager, or request any withdrawal. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 288wen reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any Account pending age verification.
Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment source. Any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in their entirety.
Each individual may hold only one 288wen Account. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited without notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Any deliberate provision of false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
288wen may at any time request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account details. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension.
288wen is operated for Pakistani players and denominated in PKR. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. 288wen makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288wen Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
288wen strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Pakistani mobile number. Login notifications are sent for all new device access as an additional layer of security.
You agree to notify 288wen immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 288wen will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or failed to notify 288wen promptly.
288wen staff will never request your password via any channel. Any communication purporting to be from 288wen that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
288wen accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Nayapay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in PKR.
The payment account used to deposit funds must be registered in the same legal name as your 288wen Account. Deposits originating from third-party payment accounts — including those held by family members, friends, or commercial entities — are strictly prohibited. 288wen reserves the right to return such deposits and to suspend the associated 288wen Account pending investigation.
The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed at the cashier screen at the time of the transaction. 288wen reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval during operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are processed on a same-day basis for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT on banking days. 288wen reserves up to 5 banking days to process withdrawals in exceptional circumstances, including compliance reviews.
288wen operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming licence. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. 288wen reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML checks.
All transactions are encrypted using TLS 1.3. 288wen does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or full banking credentials on its servers.
288wen offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.
Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, all bonuses issued by 288wen carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports bets 100% at single odds of 1.50 or above.
Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, constitutes bonus abuse. 288wen reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and terminate Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of issuance, and wagering requirements that are not completed within 30 days of bonus activation, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the Account without further notice.
Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus offer while a previous bonus remains active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited. Players are advised to complete or decline existing bonuses before opting into new promotions.
All bets and wagers placed on the 288wen Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as displayed within the Platform, in addition to the general provisions of these Terms.
The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or by live dealer play, as applicable. All cricket and sports betting results are determined by reference to official competition results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for domestic Pakistani cricket, ICC for international matches). 288wen's determination of the result of any bet is final and binding, subject to the complaints process in Clause 15.
288wen reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds, placed on an event that was incorrectly listed, or placed using funds obtained through prohibited conduct. Voided bets will be refunded to the Account at the original stake amount.
Single-event maximum payouts apply and are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. Aggregate winnings from a single session or promotional period may also be subject to caps as stated in applicable promotion terms. 288wen is not obligated to pay winnings that exceed published maximum payout limits.
In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including server disconnection, power outage, or software error — 288wen will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server logs and will resolve the outcome in a fair and transparent manner. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake will be refunded.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288wen Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the 288wen Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and the "288wen" brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of 288wen or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 288wen Platform without prior written authorisation.
Any unauthorised use of 288wen's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288wen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses arising from server downtime, data loss, technical errors, or payment processing delays.
288wen's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 288wen's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
288wen provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
288wen reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon termination for cause, any balance in the Account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause by 288wen, any legitimate balance held in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting 288wen customer support. Withdrawal of any remaining balance must be completed before the Account is closed, subject to applicable verification requirements.
288wen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 288wen will use reasonable efforts to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notification displayed upon login to the Platform.
The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://288wen.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
Your continued use of the 288wen Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288wen's international gaming licence is registered.
The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Clause 15 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects a consumer's right to seek recourse through applicable consumer protection mechanisms available in their country of residence.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may refer it to the independent dispute resolution body specified under the terms of 288wen's international gaming licence. We strongly encourage Players to exhaust the 288wen internal complaints process before initiating any chargeback, reversal, or third-party dispute. Chargebacks initiated without prior notification to 288wen may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
